Creative Producer
Location: Remote

Overview:
FragmentNine is seeking a Creative Producer to act as our organizer-in-chief — guiding both internal operations and external projects. This role blends project management, creative leadership, and capacity planning across the company. You’ll own the schedule, run the room, and ensure that everything stays on track. The Creative Producer is both a pragmatic organizer and a creative enabler, balancing structure with creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects from start to finish: manage schedules, run meetings, and keep teams on track
Own company-wide capacity planning, overseeing resourcing and timelines across all projects
Organize and manage both internal company initiatives and client-facing projects
Act as the main point of contact between creative leads, animators, production, and clients
Translate creative ideas into actionable plans and support the team in realizing them
Implement and refine processes, maintain accountability, and close feedback loops
Act as a client liaison: clarify scope, manage expectations, and integrate client feedback
Adapt to evolving project needs, timelines, and creative direction with flexibility
High emotional intelligence with the ability to read team dynamics and foster a positive culture
Proactive problem solving and the ability to adapt easily to ambiguity and shifting priorities

Visual Storyteller

Overview:
FragmentNine is seeking a Visual Storyteller to bring bold imagination and impressive visual communication skills into our creative process. This role is all about crafting the narrative and defining the look and feel of productions.. Working with our team of designers and artists, your focus will often be at the early stages of our creative process, helping to originate and transform ideas into tangible directions that inspire teams and clients alike.
Responsibilities:
Ideation & Storytelling
Brainstorm bold, imaginative ideas across a variety of styles and mediums from show concepts to stage design to content direction and more
Develop concrete narrative arcs through brief narrative outlines
Develop unique, typically song-specific visual treatments inline with the overall arc of the show
Help guide the creative process to maintain continuity all aspects of the design process
Rendering
Deliver ideation & storytelling through renders, mockups and storyboards: sketches, AI, Photoshop, After Effects, 3D models etc.
Create high-quality, production renders quickly and iteratively
Deliver outputs that feel artistic and inspiring rather than overly CGI
Sketch by hand when needed to quickly communicate ideas during design meetings and in the rehearsal process
Optional: familiarity with Depence for lighting pre-visualization
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
Strong communicator and self-starter — able to collaborate effectively in a fully remote team
Extremely proficient in a variety of visual styles and visual storytelling modalities
Extremely proficient in communicating those ideas in tangible, visuals ways such as:
Sketching and quick mock ups
Photoshop
ome form of 3D modeling & Rendering: Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, etc
Nice to Have
Proficient in Cinema 4D
Proficient in Vectorworks (basic proficiency required; drafting skills preferred)
Optional but preferred: After Effects and Unreal Engine experience
