• Someone Who Loves Live Events: Someone who is passionate about the production side of live events, and looking to be exposed to the inner workings of a studio and production studio.

• Proactive: You like solving problems, and you don’t need to be prompted to jump in and get your hands dirty. 

• Willingness to Learn: Excited about learning, and very good at teaching yourself once we set you down a path

• Impeccably Organized: If checklists, processes, and to-do lists make your heart sing, welcome home. We love a Google Sheets savant!

• Blend of Arty and Nerdy: You love Pinterest, and Python, equally. 

• Love Tinkering: You like seeing a process or a tool, and continuing to iterate on it to make it better.
  

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience in university or trade school for live events, or 2+ years experience in the real world working professionally. 

• Ready for adventure: Ability to travel domestically and and potentially internationally.

• Fluent in Google-ese: Strong skills in the Google ecosystem.

• Go-Getter Attitude

Nice to Haves

• Experience coding/vibe coding

• Familiarity with production equipment and tools including but not limited to:

  • MA3

  • disguise

  • Unreal

  • Cinema 4D

  • After Effects

  • TouchDesigner

  • Vectorworks

  • Project Management Tools

  • Interest in figuring out how to implement and leverage the wild world of AI into our workflows.
    

Compensation based on experience. Schedule is flexible.
